Warranties and Returns

Ductoutlet.com Warranty its products for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase.  Warranty is defined as products that meets customer specified material and dimensions.  The warranty covers any manufacturer defects related to use of proper material and nominal sizes.  We warranty any product that was shipped incorrectly or received damaged due to shipping.   Any damaged, used or installed product by the customer is not returnable.  Products returned within 90 days must be unused, undamaged and approved by Ductoutlet.com in order to qualify for a refund.  Ductoutlet.com will refund shipment of products qualified under warranty conditions.  For Warranty returns contact us by E-mail at:  [email protected]  in order to get an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number).

No returns are allowed with the exception of what stated in the warranty above.    All returns for non defective products are subject to 25% restocking fee.  All non stock, manufactured and special order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refused and do not qualify for refund.  For returns contact us by E-mail at: [email protected]  No returns allowed without an RMA#.

 

Cancellations

Confirm ordering the proper products when placing orders. Provided the order has not been shipped, all order cancellations are subject to a $20 fee.  If order is shipped then cancelled and refused, there will be a 25% restocking fee upon arrival back to Ductoutlet.com. 

 

Damaged Freight

You must inspect the product immediately after receipt.  All orders claiming to be damaged in shipment must be reported to one of our customer representatives within 3 days from the date of delivery. Orders claiming to be damaged after that period will not be addressed. Ductoutlet.com will not be responsible for damaged freight. It is the responsibility of the consumer to inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. All products are inspected, checked, and packaged by the manufacturer prior to release to the carrier. Upon delivery to the carrier, the shipment technically becomes your property. The consumer must properly file all freight claims to obtain replacement equipment by contacting us by E-mail at:  [email protected]  in order to get an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number). Please email us with your name, address, daytime phone number, order number, and description of the damaged freight.
