PLEASE BE ADVISED:Mini split and HVAC equipment is highly specialized and should only be purchased by, or after consulting with, a licensed HVAC professional. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the equipment being purchased is properly sized, compatible, and suitable for the intended application.

Duct Outlet cannot be held liable for equipment that is purchased incorrectly, improperly sized, incompatible with existing systems, or installed incorrectly.

PLEASE NOTE:For multi-zone mini split systems, the BTU capacity is typically calculated by the combined total of all indoor air handlers, not only by the rated capacity of the outdoor condenser.

We strongly recommend that all mini split systems and HVAC equipment be installed by a licensed HVAC professional. Proper installation helps ensure safe operation, code compliance, system performance, and warranty coverage. Warranty claims will be denied if equipment is not installed according to manufacturer requirements.

No warranty coverage is offered on any brand equipment purchased by consumers over the Internet, including web-based auctions, telephone or other electronic means, unless the unit is installed by a dealer adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local codes, policies, and licensing requirements.
